SPARK School Pick Up Form 2026

For 2026 we require parents to fill in this permission form again as we have a new pick up arrangement with Eastwood Public School for the new year. We will be picking up all the students walking across to SPARK at 3:10pm from the office.

For your child to be part of this arrangement, parents will need to:
